VEGAN LEMON MUFFINS

Bahan :
- 2 sdm groundflaxseeds + 6 sdm air
- 80 gr buckwheat flour
- 80 gr tepung beras
- 1-2 sdt lemon zest
- 1/2 sdt vanilla
- 50 gr erythryt (sweetener lain) / brown sugar / gula singkong
- 60 gr minyak kelapa
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 1 sdt baking soda
- 100 ml plant milk
Panggang 180 C selama 30 menit
